Return Policy – Custom Made Products
Because each order is made custom, to your specifications, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS for any reasons other than defects in color or size that was not agreed upon by both parties (or shipping errors). We are also willing to answer any of your questions via email or telephone prior to your purchase. If you have purchased and received any custom made product that has a manufacturing defect or is not the size or color you ordered and agreed upon, notify us within 30 days via e-mail at Beststores@charter.net or call us at 508-757-8964. We will then provide you with an RA (Return Authorization) and the instructions for returning the defective or incorrect merchandise… and have it repaired or replaced. The merchandise being returned is NOT to have been used or washed. Cost of shipping and handling in these cases will be absorbed by Power of Sisters, Inc.
